Job Title : Export Sales Executive

Job Purpose
The Export Sales Executive is responsible for driving Amalfi Foods’ international sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, importers, and retailers across regional and global markets. This role focuses on expanding the company’s export footprint, increasing product visibility, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales process from lead generation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
- Identify and develop new export opportunities across GCC, MENA, and international markets.
- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives through effective market penetration strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and pricing trends.
- Develop and maintain a database of export clients and prospects.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to potential buyers.
Account Management
Manage existing distributor relationships to ensure consistent order flow and brand representation.Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.Ensure timely and accurate order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination.Address customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback promptly and professionally.Monitor customer satisfaction and propose improvements to strengthen relationships.Logistics & Coordination
Coordinate with the logistics, production, and finance departments to ensure smooth order execution.Oversee export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs for timely dispatch of goods.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation requirements.Reporting & Performance
Track and analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market insights.Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions to represent the company and generate leads.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.2–5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.Strong understanding of international trade procedures, Incoterms, and export documentation.Proven record of achieving sales targets and expanding into new markets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage).Skills & Competencies
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Cultural awareness and ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts.Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
