Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales and rental targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a strong drive for success. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid real estate license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct property tours, showcasing the value of our properties to prospective buyers and renters.
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients, especially for renting out flats and studios.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand the company’s presence in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate sales records and organize a comprehensive client database.
- Achieve and exceed sales and rental targets set by the company.
