Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager, located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all stages of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Daily tasks include managing project plans, liaising with Project Consultant and client, supervising construction activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Project Coordination and Project Management skills
• Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management for Multi Housing Villas
• Proficiency in Budgeting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
