Commercial Executive

Position Overview
The Commercial Executive is responsible for managing the commercial workflow of the agency, ensuring that all client inquiries are handled efficiently, quotations are prepared accurately and on time, and that each opportunity is tracked and converted into confirmed business.
This role acts as the bridge between clients and the internal teams (creative, production, and finance), maintaining a smooth and professional process from inquiry to quotation submission, and ultimately to project confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inquiry & Proposal Management
- Receive, log, and prioritize all incoming client inquiries.
- Coordinate internally with account managers, creative, and production teams to prepare proposals and cost estimates.
- Ensure quotations are submitted on time, complete, and aligned with client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a central quotation tracker and update the inquiry pipeline daily.
2. Commercial Operations
Analyze and validate cost sheets before submission to ensure profitability and accuracy.Maintain updated pricing lists, rate cards, and supplier databases.Support the General Manager in developing and improving pricing models and profitability metrics.Monitor project margins and ensure commercial targets are met.3. Client & Internal Coordination
Follow up on submitted quotations and proposals to increase conversion rates.Communicate professionally with clients to clarify requirements and negotiate terms where needed.Work closely with finance on billing, POs, and documentation for confirmed projects.Ensure smooth handover from sales stage to project execution teams.4. Reporting & Insights
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on inquiries, quotations, conversions, and revenue performance.Identify patterns in client demand and share insights with management to guide strategy.Track performance against commercial KPIs and suggest improvements in workflow.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in a marketing, events, or advertising agency , preferably in a commercial or client-facing role.Strong understanding of costing, quotations, and proposal structures.Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).Key Competencies
