About the Role
Expand the accounts penetration within the assigned territory / market segment to meet agreed sales targets and key business objectives by effectively selling Zain’s products and services to existing and new dealers.
What We Need From You
Qualifications and Education :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.
Work Experience :
Minimum 8 years of direct or indirect sales experience such as distribution & well-built relationships with hypermarkets / Electronic shops etc.
Skills and Knowledge :
- Minimum language requirements : Speaking knowledge of Arabic, English, & Hindi
- MS Office (Reports / Analysis)
- Critical thinking
- Coping with pressure
- Basic technical knowledge of Telco
Main Tasks and Duties
Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and prospective dealers in the assigned territory / market segment.Demonstrate products and services to existing / potential customers and assist them in selecting the best suit to their needs.Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers (dealers) using a variety of approaches such as relationship-based approach.Monitor the progress towards the achievement of short- and long-term sales and business objectives and take any necessary action to ensure that these are achieved.Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.Identify advantages and compare Zain’s products / services.Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.Liaise between the customers and internal teams.Provide the management with updates and written reports on all customers feedback such as needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.Strategic planning and building new or alternative (revenue, sales) channels.Building a strong relationship targeting different nationalities / communities in Bahrain.Perform any other related tasks as assigned or needed.About Application Process
