Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Project Coordinator and Account Manager located in Bahrain. The Marketing Project Coordinator and Account Manager will manage and oversee marketing projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, develop and implement marketing strategies, monitor project timelines and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day communication between the client’s marketing team, creative, media, and internal RAMA departments.
- Manage project timelines, task trackers, and campaign calendars to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Consolidate campaign briefs, creative approvals, and performance reports.
- Ensure all assets, files, and feedback are properly organized and archived.
- Support the Strategic Director with meeting notes, follow-ups, and reporting summaries.
- Maintain visibility over all active campaigns — track progress, identify bottlenecks, and flag delays early.
- Prepare status reports, campaign summaries, and client‑ready decks.
- Collaborate with the Performance Analyst and Creative Coordinator to align workflow and reporting.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, client servicing, or project management (agency or brand side).Strong organizational and multitasking skills — ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Excellent communication in English and Arabic.Familiar with marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) and collaboration tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Notion).Proficient in Project Management and Budgeting.Experience in Marketing.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.High attention to detail and ownership mindset.Note
