Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Other day-to-day tasks include leading and mentoring sales teams, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also oversee sales campaigns and work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams
• Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain
• Knowledge of the delivery and logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
