First Motors is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that enhance our brand presence and support our continued expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to a well-established organisation with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities :

1. Strategic & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate campaign assets across digital, social, print, and on-ground activations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Product) to align marketing efforts.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for assigned campaigns.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Develop content calendars and oversee execution across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Optimize content for engagement, reach, and performance.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and analyze digital performance (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Brief and manage agencies for paid media or creative deliverables.

    • 3. Content & Communication

  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels.
  • Write or edit content for social media, email, website, and printed materials.
  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters for content production.

    • 4. Event & Activation Management

  • Lead planning and execution of brand events, launches, or test drive campaigns.
  • Liaise with vendors and agencies for event logistics, branding, and on-site execution.
  • Track ROI and customer engagement from events.

    • 5. Research & Reporting

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior insights.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and KPIs.

    • 6. Administrative & Team Support

  • Oversee the work of Marketing Associates or interns on specific tasks.
  • Manage PRs, LPOs, and vendor coordination for all marketing activities.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and budget tracking.
  • Maintain organized documentation and campaign archives.

    • Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and SEO / SEM.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience using tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign success.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and creative mindset with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
