About You

We, at E.K. Kanoo, are looking for a Carpentry Supervisor for our Facilities & Projects division. The ideal candidate for this role will have good English communication skills, both written and verbal. To be considered for this role, you would have hands-on experience in carpentry works, people management skills, and basic computer skills. You should have completed a High School or a Diploma degree.

About the Role

You will be responsible for :

• Supervising & delegating carpentry assignments to the team.
• Conducting regular site inspections.
• Identifying if any maintenance works are required.
• Preparing prevention maintenance schedules.
• Assigning workforce to different locations based on workload & criticality.
• Supervising the shifting of jobs at various facilities.
• Monitoring & maintaining the quality of work assigned to the team.
• Providing all necessary progress reports on a regular & required basis.
• Following & implementing relevant requirements of the Environment / Health / Safety / Quality manual.

The ideal candidate would have 2 - 4 years of working experience as a Carpentry Supervisor and possess a Bahrain Driving License.
