Fives Services Gulf is actively seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Bahrain. Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise servicing, corrective and preventative maintenance works for SPL-ALBA in line with Company policies and procedures, customer specifications, and international / industry standards
• Support the development and implementation of the Maintenance Department’s operating framework, policies, processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and safety, compliance and alignment to standards
• Plan, schedule and oversee daily maintenance operations for SPL-ALBA to ensure tasks are performed accurately and efficiently per customer specifications and quality standards
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of current maintenance processes and recommend enhancements to support contractual objectives
• Review subcontractor / 3rd party performance against guidelines and prepare reports on adherence to standards
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop strategies to meet SPL-ALBA maintenance requirements
• Oversee stock requirements and ensure availability of equipment, consumables and resources; coordinate timely stock replenishment
• Oversee preparation of reporting for SPL-ALBA, including analysis of operational data and safety metrics
• Ensure on-site personnel comply with HSEQ / safety policies, document violations and implement corrective actions
• Investigate and analyse equipment problems, identify gaps and recommend solutions
• Identify opportunities to upsell / cross-sell Fives products and services to SPL-ALBA and inform relevant stakeholders
• Plan and schedule shifts to meet contractual obligations while complying with local laws
• Coordinate leave plans, rest days and overtime to manage attendance and hours
• Review time sheets for accuracy and submit reports as required
• Maintain SPL-ALBA’s database and ensure reporting inputs meet client requirements
• Identify training needs within the team and coordinate with HSEQ
• Support development of quotations and bids for SPL-ALBA as needed
• Support administration for on-site team, including gate passes, permits and documentation
• Set and review individual goals for direct reports and provide coaching in line with company practices
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations including HSEQ requirements
