What You’ll Do

• Perform complex Planned Preventative Maintenance on HVAC and other building systems.
• Diagnose complex engineering system issues.
• Validate Engineering Systems (ESV) and perform System Design Verification (SDV) & Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) at new facilities.
• Install and maintain proprietary WAKS and BMS systems.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support to onsite Operations team members, Facility Managers, and third‑party mechanical contractors / service providers.
• Analyze Mechanical Startup, SDV & TAB reports generated by third‑party contractors.
• Develop and evolve commissioning and maintenance processes / playbooks in collaboration with managers and peers, monitoring successes and lessons learned to dynamically improve processes.
• Perform extensive / complex HVAC repairs.
• Handle basic electrical and plumbing remediation.
• Fulfill work orders.
