Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Manama. The specialist will handle day‑to‑day responsibilities such as creating and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, conducting sales training, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. Additionally, you will contribute to the management and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, showcasing the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Competency in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in developing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Experience in delivering Training sessions to team members to enhance skills and align with business goals.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably within the media or digital industry, is an advantage.
