Senior Account Manager – Marketing Division

Role Overview
The Senior Account Manager (Marketing) plays a pivotal role in managing key client relationships, overseeing strategic marketing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of integrated campaigns that align with client goals and Motivate’s creative excellence standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional who understands brand strategy, consumer engagement, and the creative process across all media touchpoints — from traditional campaigns to digital and experiential activations.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution , with strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Lead the development of marketing strategies , campaign roadmaps, and annual marketing calendars for key accounts.
- Translate client objectives into actionable plans, collaborating with internal creative, digital, and events teams.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts through proactive strategic recommendations.
- Ensure all work reflects the client’s brand positioning and business goals while maintaining creative integrity.
Project Management & Execution
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns — from concept development to execution and post-campaign evaluation.Manage cross-functional collaboration with creative, digital, events, production, and media buying teams .Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget .Supervise the preparation of marketing proposals, campaign presentations, and post-campaign reports.Coordinate with third-party vendors, media partners, and external agencies when necessary.Financial & Performance Management
Oversee client billing, quotations, and cost control to ensure healthy project margins.Maintain accurate forecasts and contribute to the department’s profitability targets.Support the General Manager in developing new business pitches and RFP submissions.Leadership & Mentoring
Guide and mentor Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure professional growth and service excellence.Uphold Motivate’s standards of creativity, reliability, and performance across all deliverables.Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the marketing team.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong strategic marketing acumen with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans.Proven experience in handling multi-channel campaigns (branding, advertising, digital, PR, activations, etc.).Exceptional client servicing and relationship management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Strong project management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Adept at working with creative teams, understanding creative briefs, and giving constructive feedback.Financial literacy — comfortable with budgets, quotations, and ROI analysis.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).Minimum 7–10 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management, preferably within an agency environment .Proven track record managing high-profile brands and delivering large-scale campaigns.Deep understanding of the GCC market and consumer behavior trends.Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.Performance KPIs
