Job Purpose
The Account Manager serves as the key link between Motivate Events & Media and its clients, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed expectations. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding their business needs, and coordinating with internal creative, production, and digital teams to deliver high‑quality marketing and event solutions that strengthen the agency’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long‑term relationships based on trust and performance.
- Understand each client’s business objectives, brand identity, and marketing strategy.
- Act as a strategic partner by proposing relevant ideas, campaigns, and activations that align with client goals.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients to provide updates, reports, and project insights.
Project Management
Lead the planning and execution of projects including branding, advertising, social media, events, and production.Prepare detailed briefs and coordinate with internal departments (creative, design, production, media) to ensure project alignment.Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from concept to completion.Ensure all client feedback and revisions are implemented accurately and efficiently.Monitor overall project quality and ensure all outputs meet Motivate’s creative standards.Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
Prepare client quotations, cost estimates, and project proposals.Ensure timely invoicing and follow‑up on payments in coordination with the Finance Department.Track project profitability and identify opportunities for account growth.Team Coordination
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Production Manager, and Digital Team to ensure cohesive execution.Lead internal meetings to align teams on deliverables and timelines.Support junior account executives and ensure a smooth client service workflow.Business Growth & Strategy
Identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities across Motivate’s divisions (branding, digital, events, production).Contribute to new business pitches and proposal development.Support management in developing client retention and expansion strategies.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in client servicing or account management , preferably within a marketing, advertising, or events agency .Proven experience managing multiple accounts and delivering successful marketing or event projects.Strong understanding of marketing, branding, social media, and event management processes.Skills & Competencies
