Role Summary :
As an Odoo Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront and play a crucial role in our client acquisition and engagement process. You will collaborate with our marketing partners and take initiative to expand our marketing efforts. You will be managing both inbound and outbound sales activities, and you will interact with potential clients and help businesses understand how Odoo can transform their operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with the marketing team and identify new channels to enhance lead generation and brand awareness.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including email campaigns, webinars, and industry events.
- Manage the sales pipeline, maintain and update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales activities, handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Odoo solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Analyze client needs, map them to Odoo's features, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and solutions.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to inform strategic business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Liaise with Odoo headquarters and external partners for updates, training, and compliance with standards.
Qualifications :
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Strong interest in sales and technology solutions.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.Ability to quickly learn and explain complex software features.Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.Prior experience in sales and marketing roles is advantageous.Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, is a plus.What We Offer :
