Job Description

Do you have a passion for food and the ambition to grow your culinary career? Join us as a Demi Chef de Partie and bring your creativity and skills to the team while learning from our talented chefs.

What you’ll do :

Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to Radisson standards

Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations

Ensure high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times

Monitor stock levels and help with ordering and storage

Work as part of a team to deliver excellent dining experiences for our guests

Qualifications

Previous kitchen experience, ideally in a hotel or restaurant environment

Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Passion for food and a Yes I Can! spirit
