Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Arabic / Lebanese dishes according to authentic recipes, quality, and presentation standards.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen areas, following HACCP guidelines.
• Assist in menu development, seasonal specials, and new Arabic / Lebanese dishes.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Manage inventory, ensure proper storage, and minimize waste.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members (for senior roles).
