Foreman – Heavy Equipment Division

The candidate shall address complaints and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner. Responsibilities include troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment and determining and maintaining preventive maintenance schedules for heavy equipment and vehicles.

Experience in CAT, KOMATSU, JCB, Bobcat, Liebherr Cranes, and asphalt machinery is required. The candidate must have the ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical diagrams and technical repair manuals, identify and order parts, and manage the workforce to complete jobs within a designated time frame. Additionally, the candidate should motivate the workforce to maximize productivity.

Qualifications :

• Diploma / ITI holder in Automobile Engineering
• Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar capacity
