Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman / Top Sealer to lead wood finishing and painting team in Bahrain. As a Finishing Foreman / Top Sealer, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process , ensuring high-quality finishes, and leading a team of workers . If you have a strong background in wood finishing and painting, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the wood finishing and painting process, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail
Lead a team of workers , providing guidance and training as needed
Mix and match colors , apply finishes evenly, and handle spray guns and other painting tools
Ensure compliance with factory safety practices and material handling procedures
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements

Diploma or 12th pass

7-8 years of experience in wood finishing and painting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role

Strong knowledge of different wood finishing techniques, including sealer coats, PU, NC, melamine, staining, and polishing

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with factory safety practices and material handling procedures
