Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair Hands-on expertise with hydraulic systems and diesel engines Familiarity with piling, drilling, and foundation equipment Proficient in reading and interpreting equipment manuals and schematics Skilled in troubleshooting, overhauling engines, transmissions, and hydraulic components Strong background in preventive maintenance Ability to work independently and complete repairs on-site Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) Valid UAE driving license (preferred) Willingness to travel and work on sites across the region as needed

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy-duty equipment including crawler cranes, vibros, drilling rigs, and pumps
- Play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime across project sites
