Job Description

Falcon Roasters, located in Al Manama, is a dedicated specialty coffee roastery committed to excellence from farm to cup. We source high-scoring green beans through ethical relationships with growers worldwide, ensuring optimal flavor and quality. We’re looking for an experienced Coffee Roaster with at least 1 year of experience to join our remote team.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage coffee roasting equipment
  • Develop and refine roasting profiles for various coffee origins
  • Monitor roasting processes to ensure quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to select high-quality beans
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces

Job Specification

  • Proficient in coffee roasting and brewing techniques
  • Strong understanding of coffee flavor profiles and development
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
