Job Description
Falcon Roasters, located in Al Manama, is a dedicated specialty coffee roastery committed to excellence from farm to cup. We source high-scoring green beans through ethical relationships with growers worldwide, ensuring optimal flavor and quality. We’re looking for an experienced Coffee Roaster with at least 1 year of experience to join our remote team.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage coffee roasting equipment
- Develop and refine roasting profiles for various coffee origins
- Monitor roasting processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to select high-quality beans
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
