Join us as a Cost Controller and take charge of monitoring costs and ensuring financial efficiency across our hotel operations. At Al Seef House, we believe that keeping control of costs helps us deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

What you’ll do

• Monitor and control daily F&B and operational costs
• Review purchase requests, invoices, and stock movements to ensure accuracy
• Conduct regular cost audits and stock reconciliations with the F&B and Purchasing teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for management
• Identify variances, trends, and opportunities for savings without compromising quality
• Support month-end closing and ensure compliance with financial policies
