Job Title : Manager, Management Consultant

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead consulting assignments in financial advisory, corporate strategy, and business transformation.
- Prepare business plans and feasibility studies.
- Perform financial due diligence.
- Independently prepare financial projections, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyse clients financial statements and provide actionable insights.
- Advise clients on cash flow restructuring, operational restructuring, and manpower planning.
- Prepare high-quality pitch decks, presentations, and client reports.
- Engage with clients directly, presenting findings and recommendations in a professional and impactful manner.
- Manage and mentor consulting teams, ensuring timely delivery of work with accuracy and quality.
- Handle ad hoc consulting projects as required by clients.
- Drive growth of the consulting practice by identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Chartered Accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA) with an MBA.Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in financial advisory, corporate strategy, or management consulting.Strong capability in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.Proven experience in preparing stellar presentations and pitch decks.Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and present professionally to clients.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.Knowledge of regional financial markets and regulatory frameworks is a plus.Client-facing, presentable, and confident in communication.#J-18808-Ljbffr
