Job Description

Sofitel Bahrain is currently seeking a proactive, organized, and dependable Staff Housing Supervisor to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of staff accommodations. If you have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent people skills, and experience in facility or housing management, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the allocation and maintenance of staff accommodations
• Ensure housing facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with health & safety standards
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep
• Manage check-in / check-out processes for new and departing employees
• Maintain updated housing records and occupancy reports
• Address staff concerns related to housing and resolve issues promptly
• Liaise with external vendors and landlords when required
• Ensure cost-effective use of resources and utilities
• Enforce company housing policies and procedures
