Description

C3EL is seeking a System Administrator Tier II Support to join our team in Bahrain. In this role, you’ll provide advanced administration, troubleshooting, and support for enterprise-level systems and networks. You’ll ensure the stability, security, and performance of critical infrastructure by applying updates, monitoring server health, and leveraging enterprise management tools. As a key member of our technical team, you’ll help maintain seamless operations while ensuring compliance with DoD standards and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Possess expert-level knowledge in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Windows Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Domain Name Service (DNS).
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, including Windows Server 2008 (R2) and Windows Server 2003.
• Strong experience in the deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange environments, specifically Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2010.
• Working knowledge of backup solutions, including Symantec Backup Exec and NetApp SIPR / NIPR Access Point (SNAP) Manager.
• Skilled in assessing and applying vendor security patches and updates.
• Proficient with enterprise storage technologies such as Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS).
• Experience with server performance optimization and use of monitoring tools.
• Competent utilizing server configuration and management platforms, including Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Solid network troubleshooting capabilities and foundational networking knowledge.
• Capable of producing clear and detailed technical documentation.
• Familiar with developing and executing action plans for both planned and unplanned changes to network infrastructure.
