We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and implement solutions to optimize our systems' performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms, ensuring smooth and secure operations.
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and assist with IT-related guidance and training.
- Monitor system performance, implement updates, patches, and improvements, and maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and procedures.
- Manage network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and data protection measures, to safeguard company information.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand IT needs, support projects, and contribute to the development of IT strategies.
