Senior Waitress

The Brand Trader Vic's Bahrain is looking for an experienced Senior Waitress. Our venue is an eclectic collection of cuisines, signature cocktails and an exotic atmosphere bedecked with authentic artefacts and trappings. Our years of operation have proven us to be a strong and successful franchisee of a renowned global company. Our guests from all nationalities adore the venue, especially with refreshing drinks and sumptuous dishes from around the world.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables.
• Share menu knowledge by making recommendations, if needed.
• Check and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with questions and / or special requests.
• Post all transactions in the POS system precisely.
• Clean tables, complete closing duties and prepare mise-en-place.
• Follow hygiene standards and COVID-related guidelines.
• Assist in training waiting staff.
• Make weekly and monthly inventories.
• Assist colleagues on their stations, when needed.
