Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team in Seef, Bahrain. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization
- Source candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate with hiring managers both internally and client requirementto understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Manage the offer process and negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings
Qualifications and Skills
