It operates in various fields within Dentistry, with its primary activities including a Dental Lab for the manufacturing of premium dental prostheses, being the exclusive distributor of the "DENTAL GPS" digital smile design company in the Middle East and North Africa, accrediting exceptional dentists, both academically and professionally, and recommending them to patients who trust the GPS INTERNATIONAL brand, in addition to other activities.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Bahrain. Are you ready to build relationships with clients and achieve ambitious sales goals in a fast-paced and exciting environment?

Key Responsibilities

  • Target and qualify potential leads through outbound phone calls
  • Effectively present the solutions and benefits of our products and services to clients
  • Overcome client objections and close sales deals
  • Build strong relationships with clients and increase customer loyalty
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Adhere to sales guidelines and best practices
  • Contribute to the development and strategies of the sales team

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills
  • Ability to build trust and deal with clients professionally
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and negotiations
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work with ZOHO CRM or similar CRM software
