Operations Director Summary
The Operations Director is responsible for reporting directly to the COO. This position will lead and manage, strategically and operationally, the activities, operations, resources, and personnel of the Company’s Division, ensuring these support, and are supported by, the activities of employees across the Organization, as required.
Operations Director Responsibilities
- Ensure a complete understanding of the operation, and brand philosophy of the company as a whole
- Ensure that the business is operated to the highest standards in line with the mission statement and values
- Ensure the operation complies with all statutory and legal requirements for health and safety, fire, licensing, and food handling, and ensures all team members are aware of and working in accordance with the food safety procedure
- Ensure compliance via regular audits and reviewing of action plans with mystery audits
- Represent the company in local markets by identifying opportunities to position the Brand through community involvement, promotional, social, and seasonal events
- Ensure that the SBUs operate with legality and conformity to established regulations
