Clinical Junior Coordinator – Nursing

Overview

Job Purpose : This job will provide administrative support to the clinical-based aspects of the BSc (Hons) Nursing Programme.

Reports to : This position will report, for line management purposes, to the Academic Operations Nursing Team Lead.

Role Requirements

• Strong team player with a willingness to work under guidance and contribute to shared goals.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Understanding of the BSc (Hons) Nursing Undergraduate programme and the clinical experience required to meet the needs of each year of the programme.
• An in-depth understanding of RCSI Bahrain and School of Nursing & Midwifery policies, procedures, and regulations related to students’ clinical practice.
• The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with diverse healthcare entities, students, school and related departments.
• The ability to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing environments based on course, faculty, and student needs in a timely manner.
• The competence to apply and develop proficiency in multiple software programs and online systems.
