Responsibilities

• Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
• Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the Director.
• Management of incoming communications from external and internal parties such as emails, calls and meeting requests on behalf of senior management.
• Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
• Help with daily time management.
• Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
