Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Manama for a Marketing and Communications Manager. The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communications strategies, managing press releases and strategic communications, and overseeing communication projects. Additionally, the Manager will handle project management tasks related to marketing and ensure that all communications align with the company's vision and mission.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive media, communications, and marketing strategy aligned with the overall goals of the group.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Responsible for the management of website content, development & company profile creation & updating.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, identifying opportunities and potential risks.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on media and communications matters.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts across Bahrain and the GCC.
- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to generate positive coverage.
- Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews with executives.
- Organize press conferences and media events.
- Oversee the development and execution of social media strategy across all platforms.
- Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives follower growth.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, sentiment, and trends.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the holding group's services and initiatives.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and digital ads.
- Oversee internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
- Manage external communications to stakeholders, partners, and the general public.
- Work with the finance team to develop and manage the media and communications budget.
- Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Track expenses and report on budget performance.
