Visual Merchandiser

The position is responsible for developing, delivering, and communicating visual concepts to promote the brand, products, and services in-store.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and in-store layout guides.
• Take photographs of merchandise displays after changes.
• Use creative lighting for windows.
• Maximize placement of new lines and re-merchandise the store according to trends.
• Create store layouts based on categories.
• Ensure proper merchandising of items.
• Gather reviews and feedback on merchandise.

Other responsibilities include working closely with operations and brand management to increase sales, collaborating with VM and sales teams to achieve goals, participating in store pre-openings, and researching current market trends.
