Senior QA / QC Engineer

Job Description

The Senior QA / QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all quality management activities within the organization comply with ISO 9001 : 2015 standards and the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) . This role involves conducting internal and external audits, coordinating with project teams, and driving continuous improvement across all quality processes. The position acts as a key liaison between management, auditors, and project personnel to maintain full compliance and certification integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct internal, external, and third-party audits in accordance with ISO 9001 : 2015 and IMS requirements.
• Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures, project documentation, and company standards through systematic examination of records, reports, and practices.
• Conduct quality inspections at project sites, stores, and offices; review related documents and verify adherence to procedures.
• Liaise with department heads, project teams, and management to ensure audit findings, corrective actions, and continuous improvement measures are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Support departments in understanding and applying IMS and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with certification bodies and clients during external and surveillance audits.
• Monitor the implementation and performance of the Integrated Management System within the organization and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Review tender documents , specifications, and drawings to ensure that quality requirements are identified and addressed.
• Prepare and present monthly quality performance reports and KPIs.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in quality management processes and documentation.
