Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hardware Technician located in Manama. The Hardware Technician requires experience in repairing, installing, and assembling computers, servers, and various other hardware. This is a hands‑on job involving microchip testing, resoldering, heat‑gun usage. Previous experience is preferred; we can arrange training. The role requires mandatory training which we will arrange. There are two teams working in sync : a hardware team and a software team. The work is highly specialized and challenging with a high workload. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a desire to break barriers and overcome challenges alongside myself.

Qualifications

• Hardware Installation and Hardware Support skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Printer Support and Technical Support skills
• Strong problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with various hardware and technology systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
