About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives in our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) staff augmentation division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing strategic relationships, and developing market opportunities across regulated industries such as banking, fintech, telecom, healthcare, and critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for GRC consulting and staff augmentation services.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline focused on compliance and cybersecurity domains (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, PDPL, GDPR, etc.).
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to align client requirements with consultant capabilities and project scopes.
Build long-term relationships with CISOs, Risk Officers, and Procurement leaders across enterprise clients.
Drive proposal creation, pricing models, and contract negotiations to ensure competitive offerings and sustainable margins.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine go-to-market strategies in target verticals.
Support marketing initiatives, case study development, and thought leadership content to raise brand visibility in the GRC ecosystem.
Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting on KPIs and business metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Security, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of experience in business development, preferably within IT consulting, cybersecurity, or GRC staffing domains.
Strong network and proven track record of selling professional or staff augmentation services to enterprise clients.
Deep understanding of information security compliance frameworks, risk management principles, and regulatory landscapes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence in C-level stakeholder engagement.
Self-starter with strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Proficiency using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics dashboards.

Expansion of client accounts into long-term managed consulting engagements.
