As an Art Director, you will play a key role in leading the visual direction of branding, advertising, and digital projects. This position requires both strategic vision and hands on design ability.
Responsibilities
- Manage creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
- Craft, develop, and present visual and creative concepts for branding, advertising, and content-related initiatives, with a focus on innovative ideas.
- Oversee daily creative operations and manage project timelines to ensure on time delivery of client requests.
- Ensure all creative output is aligned with client briefs, brand guidelines, and project objectives.
- Review and approve final designs, offering constructive feedback and maintaining a high standard of design excellence.
- Serve as the point of contact for creative deliverables on key client accounts, working closely with account managers.
- Manage incoming design requests (e.g., logos, visual refreshes, digital content, social media posts) and allocate tasks efficiently within the team.
- Present creative work internally and to clients, clearly articulating design rationale and direction.
Required Skills
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, from identity systems to digital and campaign work.Proven experience managing creative teams and projects, including assigning tasks and overseeing quality control.Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Figma or motion design experience is a plus.Confident communicator with strong presentation and leadership skills.Ability to balance hands on design work with team oversight and project management.Required Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.8 years of experience in a design or creative leadership role, preferably within an agency environment.What We Offer
