Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Homeroom Teacher for the Academic Year at Riffa Views International School, located in Riffa, Bahrain. The Homeroom Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons, developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, and creating a supportive classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include fostering student development through consistent communication, monitoring progress, and collaborating with fellow educators and parents to ensure academic and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and a solid foundation in Education
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in Teaching and Training, with proven ability to engage and inspire learners
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with a teaching certification preferred
• Adaptability and cultural awareness to thrive in an international school setting
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment
