Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
- Understand client goals and marketing objectives, especially in social media campaigns, and translate them into actionable plans for the internal team.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the marketing team, providing clear briefs, feedback, and updates.
- Organize, schedule, and manage meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables using tools like Monday.com and CRM systems.
- Maintain and update client information and project progress in CRM tools.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights with clients.
- Prioritize and organize multiple tasks to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
2–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or social media management within a marketing or digital agency.basic social media knowledge across platforms like Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Excellent organizational skills with experience in scheduling, task management, and meeting coordination.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello) and CRM systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills
