About The Role

The Director of Public Relations and Marketing Communication will be responsible for supports the development and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives, including the annual public relations plan. A key focus will be on enhancing the hotel’s digital presence through the website, e-newsletters, and other electronic marketing tools.

What You Will Do

• Develop innovative publicity strategies to boost awareness and positive perception of the hotel, spa, culinary offerings, services, and team members.
• Align programs with the marketing plan and leverage spontaneous opportunities.
• Maximize media exposure through strategic editorial pitches and research, targeting key feeder markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with media contacts and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Assist in crafting and executing a comprehensive annual PR plan aligned with the hotel’s marketing strategy, including segment strategies and key initiatives.
• Utilize electronic marketing platforms to enhance visibility, including eNewsletters, email broadcasts, customized mini-sites, and other digital opportunities.
• Maintain an up-to-date image and video library.
• Ensure the Hotel’s website is current and aligned with corporate standards, optimizing visual content for media coverage.
• Adhere to Four Seasons’ sales and marketing standards while fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
• Ensure all promotional content advertising, direct mail, and collateral reflects Four Seasons’ brand image and maintains high standards of professionalism.
