We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Baker to join our culinary team at Rue Catering Boutique, a high‑end café and catering brand known for its handcrafted creations and refined flavors.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Baker in daily production of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and garnishes with precision and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Support with inventory, ingredient preparation, and equipment maintenance
