We’re launching a premium bakery-café and social dining restaurant inspired by French boulangeries and modern brunch culture .

We’re looking for a creative Head Chef with French / Mediterranean fusion experience , skilled in bakery, brunch, and all-day dining menus .

Job Specification

Requirements :

8–12 years’ experience (incl. 3+ as Head Chef in café / brunch concepts).
Strong menu development, costing, and team leadership skills.
Experience in GCC or international premium cafés.
