Qualification : Computer Science and Engineering
Years of Experience : 1 - 3 years
Experience Required :
- Effective communication skills is the primary objective for L1 Support
- An understanding of the basic technology tools like Windows, Office and Internet.
Responsibilities
Provide a single point of contact between business users and the ITorganizationProvide initial support of callsRoute service requests to resolution groupsRespond to Business calls through the different service desk channels, (phone, email or service desk portal )Incidents recording & control (classification, acceptance & tracking)Incidents assignment and distributionImprove overall customer satisfactionKeep users informed about the progress of callsDetection of potential trends and escalate calls where necessarySkills
