Responsibilities :

• Upsell menu items and promotions to increase revenue.
• Check the quality of food and beverages before serving them to customers.
• Handle any customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with poise and efficiency.
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus to guests and answer any questions they may have about menu items.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests' tables.
