Representative VIII, Sales

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and social media.
• Prepare offers, tenders, and related documentation until orders are secured.
• Manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring timely debt clearance (no bad debts).
• Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and selling possibilities.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and respond to requests promptly.
• Deliver tailored presentations on company services and direct clients to appropriate sales channels.
• Create reports and reviews on sales performance and financial data.
• Represent Tasnee at exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
• Negotiate and close deals while addressing client complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from clients / prospects and escalate insights to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE, ISO standards, and applicable legal / regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or senior management.
