Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Prepare offers, tenders, and related documentation until orders are secured.
- Manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring timely debt clearance (no bad debts).
- Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and selling possibilities.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and respond to requests promptly.
- Deliver tailored presentations on company services and direct clients to appropriate sales channels.
- Create reports and reviews on sales performance and financial data.
- Represent Tasnee at exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
- Negotiate and close deals while addressing client complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from clients / prospects and escalate insights to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE, ISO standards, and applicable legal / regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or senior management.
Education & Qualifications
Diploma with 6+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Business Administration, Management, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Quality, or Chemistry.Professional knowledge of ISO & Management Systems (advantageous).Previous experience in certification, auditing, or technical services industries is an added advantage.Skills & Competencies
