Draftsman (Plumber)

Overview

The Plumbing Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed designs and diagrams for plumbing systems, working closely with engineers and architects to develop optimal and cost-effective solutions. This role ensures that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural plans and project specifications to prepare comprehensive plumbing designs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure plumbing designs integrate seamlessly with other building systems.
• Ensure all plumbing designs are fully compliant with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Revise and update drawings as required based on project needs, modifications, or feedback.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all plumbing drafts and designs.
