The Role

To deliver Company’s growth objective by optimizing the sales & distribution of all Almarai product range in his designated area by strictly adhering to Company policies & procedures and maintaining the highest standards of sales ethics.

The Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted :

• College diploma / under graduate.
• 3 years Supervisory experience in van sales environment; Experience in system bases sales operation.
• Good verbal and written English skills; Spoken Arabic.
• PC skills.
• Driving license.
• Competencies such as; Supervisory skills; Numerical & analytical; Knowledge of market dynamics / trade channels; Ability to lead multi-cultural team; Coaching / training skills.
